The Gift Got Me Started.
Burnout Made Me Rebuild.
After spending five years as a solopreneur designing brands and websites and eight years as an IT Analyst in corporate, I became skilled at seeing both sides of the business: how it is presented to the customer and how it functions behind the scenes.
I helped business owners create polished, professional brands that were ready to be taken seriously, while my analytical background taught me how to identify gaps, improve processes, and understand how different systems work together. I saw firsthand how the right colors, messaging, website, and digital presence could shape the way potential clients viewed a business but also how the systems supporting that experience could determine whether they booked, returned, or walked away.
But over time, I started to notice something deeper.
A business could look beautiful on the outside and still feel overwhelming behind the scenes.
That became true for me too.
As my business grew, I found myself carrying more than I realized. From the outside, the business was functioning but behind the scenes, I was exhausted. I had built something I was proud of, but I had not built it around the way I actually wanted to live and work. I was spending so much time keeping everything moving that I rarely felt ahead. Even the parts of the business I once enjoyed began to feel heavier because there was not enough structure supporting them.
Eventually, that weight became burnout.
That season changed the way I think about business.
I realized that strong branding is important, but branding alone cannot fix a confusing booking process, inconsistent communication, missed follow-ups, or an experience that requires the business owner to personally remember every next step.
A beautiful business still needs systems.
A great service still needs a clear journey around it.
And a successful business should support the person running it...not constantly drain her.
Today, I bring together my background in branding and digital strategy with eight years of experience as an IT analyst, using my eye for customer experience and my ability to identify gaps, improve processes, and connect systems to help women in beauty, health, personal care, coaching, and mentorship create smoother client journeys and businesses that are easier to run.
My goal is to help you create a client journey that feels clear, connected, and consistent while building a business that no longer feels so hard to hold together....and help you build the business around the life you dream of!
I can’t wait to get to know more about what you’ve been led to build.
